Another "Oh SH*T!" Moment Brought to You by the Internet

Here's another GoogleMaps mashup that should turn a lot of people on their heads in a hurry: Zillow.com. They can provide you with house valuations on over 60 million+ homes across the country. Ouch! If that doesn't hurt a few realtors a little, I'd be surprised. (Still in Beta.)
