People Who Can't See Faces

I remember seeing a short feature during a TV news show on this interesting condition: the inability of a very rare segment of our population to distinguish faces. Face Blindness. I can't imagine not being able to recognize or remember anyone's face. Not even your own in some cases. Studies were scarce since mental health professionals seldom ran across sufficient numbers to conduct a study. But among the many paradigm shifts that happened when the Internet came along, people with this condition finally found a forum to communicate with each other and the rest of the world. So much more has been learned about what the experience is like from reading all the recent posts and blogs about Face Blindness. A good place to start is Bill Choisser's Face Blindness (Prosopagnosia) Pages HERE.
