This guy has got to be one of the most dramatic weight loss stories I've ever seen. The entire set of photos is HERE and they document his entire transformation into the new dude he is today! After his remarkable weight loss, he had to undergo operations to get rid of all that excess skin. Whew! (BTW 1 kg = 2.2 lbs so he lost over 350 lbs!)
